Mission of NOFO LIVE Show

Welcome to NOFO LIVE, the podcast that's all about celebrating the North Fork of Long Island!

We are passionate about all the things to do, see, taste, explore and enjoy at the East End of Long Island, our little slice of paradise that we are lucky enough to call home.

Our goal is to connect with our community, bringing people together and highlighting the amazing stories and experiences that make the North Fork such a special place to live and visit.

We believe that everyone has a unique story to tell, and we welcome guests from all walks of life to share their experiences with us.

ALL are welcome to be a guest on the show.

Meet the Team

Sunita Narma

Sunita's introduction to the North Fork came via a family home and spent 25 years visiting, prior to becoming permanent residents. She and her husband are settling into their next chapter - moving to the beach and embracing the empty nest after raising their 3 sons. She founded @nofostyle to celebrate living this beautiful North Fork  life . Since the move to her new hometown, Sunita has made it her personal mission to build sincere and supportive friendships with most of Southold town, where she resides.  Sunita is active in the community with many of the local charitable organizations and serves on the board of Slow Food East End.  She never misses a sunset and we can catch her daily North Fork sunset captures on her instagram @sunitanarma.

Tracy Kessler

Tracy grew up visiting her great grandmother here on the North Fork and most of her extended family now live here too.  She relocated here permanently in 2017 and the rest is history.   She created A North Fork Affair, a local event company, known for unique community building events.  She also owns and runs a national events production firm  TKNEWYORK, offering services including  sponsorship integration and experiential marketing strategy from her home in Jamesport. Her most recent project, Kindness Grows Here, is in the developmental phase and is sure to have great things ahead.  Tracy, her daughter, Tillie, and their dog, Charlie, love life on the North Fork and are passionate about building their community one meaningful relationship at a time.
